Nick Morris (basketball)

Nicholas Hugh Morris, OAM is an Australian wheelchair basketball player. He was born in the Victorian town of Wangaratta. He was a member of the Australian team that won gold at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, for which he received a Medal of the Order of Australia. He was also a member of the Australian wheelchair basketball squad at the 2000 Summer Paralympics. Morris was injured in a motorcycle accident at ageand credits his involvement in sport as the key to his rehabilitation.
